The recall was confirmed on Friday and was voluntary on the part of the company to try and stop the spread of the bacteria.

All of the alfalfa sprouts recalled were from one of the following brands, Caldwell Fresh Foods, California Exotic, as well as Nature’s Choice.

Though there have yet to be any deaths linked to the salmonella outbreak, over 20 people hav ebeen confirmed to have fallen ill across 10 different states in the country.

On top of that, there have been 4 people who have had to be hospitalized due to the outbreak.

All of the alfalfa sprouts involved in the recall were sold in either Wal-Mart or Trader Joes locations.

Salmonella bacteria can cause infections that can prove to be fatal.

Other symptoms include diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, and others.

The hope is that the voluntary recall will stop the outbreak before it can spread further.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is working along with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to investigate the situation.

Romaine lettuce from both Imperial Sysco as well as Freshway Foods has been recalled all across the U.S. due to the fear that the lettuce may be contaminated with the E. coli bacteria.

There are 23 states in total that have been hit by the recall, as well as the District of Columbia.

The belief behind the recall is that the lettuce may be the source of the latest E. coli outbreak that is sweeping the country.

There have been about a 20 people in the U.S. up to this point who have had to be hospitalized due to E. coli, with some of them facing life-threatening illnesses.

Imperial Sysco as well as Freshway Foods romaine lettuce that has a “best if used by” date of May 12, 2010 or earlier are included in the recall.

The potentially tainted lettuce may also be included in various salad packages sold at grocery stores.

Symptoms of E. coli bacteria include vomiting, fatigue, severe diarrhea, etc.

The recall has urged Americans with the potentially tainted lettuce in their fridges to throw the lettuce away.

The company has stated that they need to recall a total of 43 different medications.

All of these medications that are included in the recall are meant to be taken by children as well as small infants.

The decision to announce the recall came after talking with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Some of the products that are included in the recall consist of the following.

-Children’s Zyrtec Liquids in Bottles
-Children’s Benadryl Allergy Liquids in Bottles
-Children’s Tylenol Plus Suspensions
-Motrin Infants’ Drops
-Tylenol Infants’ Drops

The company has stated that the recall was not announced due to any adverse medical events that may have taken plac.e

The reason for the recall is a high concentration of a particular active ingredient in all of the medicines.

On top of that, the recall is also due to many inactive ingredients that have made their way into the medications.

The recommendation is to stop using these products that have been impacted immediately.

Johnson & Johnson has been recalling certain Tylenol products as of late, but the general feeling was that the recall was limited to a small number of products.

This is beginning to change though as they have expanded the recall greatly.

The new recall covers a wide variety of medications made by Johnson & Johnson.

These include Regular Strength Tylenol, Rolaids, Tylenol Rapid Release, Children’s Tylenol Meltaways, Benadryl, Junior Strength Motrin IB, Tylenol Arthritis, Tylenol PM, and others.

This expanded recall will cover lots of products that may have been affected by their issue.

The issue revolves around a musty smell that comes out of the products.

These products are marketed by McNeil Consumer Healthcare, with the majority of them being manufactured in Puerto Rico.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is now getting more heavily involved in the recall as they state that the company has known about these issues for over a year.
