Waltnuts have been known to be a very healthy food, as they are beneficial to your health in many ways.

This is due to the fact that they contain Omega-3 fatty acids, as well as antioxidants.

This latest study by researchers from Marshall University of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia has found that walnuts can truly help cut the risk of developing breast cancer.

They discovered this after testing them on mice who were bred to develop the disease.

Mice who consumed walnuts in their daily diet were found to have fewer instances of breast cancer.

Those who did develop it developed it later, and with fewer breast cancer tumors.
