Sleep has long been proven to be something which can help you out in regards to your health and well-being for quite some time.

It is not new news by any means when people tell you that it is very important to get enough sleep.

That has been proven once again by a study carried out at the Columbia University Medical Center.

The team of researchers aimed to follow the sleep habits of roughly 16,000 college and high-school students.

The researchers followed how much they slept each night, and when they went to bed.

WHat they found was that teens who went to bed after midnight had a 24% increased risk of depression. This compared directly to those who went to bed before 10:00 p.m.

Teens who slept under 5-hours each night had a 71% increased risk of depression.

Those who went to bed early, before 10:00 p.m., were said to sleep around 8 hours each night, compared to those who went to bed after midnight, many of them sleeping 6 hours or less.

This new study has been published in Sleep magazine and shows the importance of sleep for teens.
