The trial has revealed that when the drug is used along with chemotherapy, it has the ability to treat ovarian cancer.

This increased the survival rate of women, improving their quality of life, and helping them live longer and more comfortable.

The hope from Roche is that Avastin will soon be available to patients with ovarian cancer to receive treatment.
