Washington (SmartAboutHealth) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has put out a warning in regards to nearly 30 weight loss drugs people may turn to after packing on the added holiday pounds.

The FDA has issued a warning in regards to these drugs, which mainly come from China.

The FDA stated that they consist of ingredients which are unlisted, and could have a very negative impact on your body.

The impact these drugs can have could result in both short-term and long-term health problems.

The drugs are also far more potent than they should be, meaning they give doses far above what would be recommended.
