Boston (SmartAboutHealth) - A woman living in Tennessee is in a lot of trouble after she faked having breast cancer.

The woman, former Tennessee city employee Keele Maynor faces federal charges after she faked her breast cancer, and subsequently accepted more than $100,000 from friends and her employer.

Why she would choose to fake being sick with breast cancer is anybody’s guess, ours is, she is a total nut job.

While faking her sickness, she accepted cash gifts from friends, workers compensation from her employer, and free groceries and other favors from good to do neighbours.

In a recent email to her boss, she came clean, saying that she is actually cancer free.

We hope the courts have the power to throw the book at her, she sure does deserve it!
